 Oleksandr Kubrakov was born in 1982 in the city of Pershotravensk,   Dnipropetrovsk region.

 Education:

 1999-2004 – Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym   Hetman (specialty - marketing)

 Work experience:

 2003-2004 – Economist of the Marketing Department of the Joint-stock   company "PRAVEX BANK" ("PRAVEX BANK" JSC).

2004-2006 – Research and Development Manager, LLC "P5 Commerce".

2006-2007 – CJSC Kyivstar, Head of the Market Monitoring Department.

2007-2009 – JSCB "Finance and Credit", Head of Strategic Marketing.

2009-2011 – PJSC "Kyivstar", Head of Fixed Business Marketing.

2014-2016 – Director of the Directorate for Management of Transport Infrastructure Projects of the Municipal Enterprise of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City State Administration "Kyiv Investment Agency".

2015-2016 – Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Head of the project office.

2016-2019 – Director, Deputy Director of LLC "City for People".

08.2019-12.2019 – People's Deputy of Ukraine.

11.2019 - 05.2021 – Head of the State Agency of Motor Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).

05.2021 – 11.2022 – Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

On 01 December 2022, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
